CERTAINLY! It should be for 5 years of service, it should be seen as an honour to serve in the military as well!

Yes, but they should decrease the training time and provide a better environment and offerings. The current salary for Korean soldiers is too less. As the US did, the government should provide a bunch of benefits since all the young Korean man are spending their time in the country.
